This week, the Web Marketing Association announced the results of its 18th Annual WebAwards competition, and we are proud to report that Kanban has received an Outstanding Website Award for the HP TeamSite and Hybris eCommerce integration we created for NikonUSA.
Founded in 1997, the Web Marketing Association aims to set a standard of excellence for website content and marketing industry acumen. The 18th Annual WebAwards competition judged more than 1,500 entries from 40 countries in 96 industry categories. The volunteer panel of judges–comprised of industry experts, CEOs, creative directors, information architects, designers and more–assigned a score to each entry based on 7 criteria. Entries were judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology. The WebAward program is the longest running annual website award competition in America.
Kanban is excited to share this award with our entire partner team, as well as NikonUSA and our staff of engineers, marketing technologists and QA professionals. The HP TeamSite and Hybris integration represents a best-in-class content-commerce unification strategy that saw results for Nikon including:
- 65% increase in organic search traffic
- 72% increase in average order size
- 42% increase in cart conversion rate
- 13% increase in page views per visit
